02Do my Reels expire?
As long as your account stays active, your Reels are yours. Make any purchase at a Beacon location within a 12-month window and your account stays active automatically.
03Do my points work at every location?
Yes. One Beacon Club account covers Beacon Theatres in Saratoga Springs, Beacon Reserve in Traverse City, and Beacon Junction in Dublin. Earn at one, redeem at any.
04How do I move up to the next tier?
Loyalty tiers are based on your annual qualifying spend over a rolling 12-month window. Hit the threshold and you'll move up automatically. Your tier resets each year, but the higher rates kick in immediately when you qualify.
05How do I redeem rewards?
Redeem in the Beacon app, at any kiosk, or just give your phone number at the box office, concession counter, or table. Your available rewards show up automatically — pick what you want and we'll apply it to your order.
06What counts toward qualifying spend?
Tickets, food, drinks, bowling, arcade play, and party packages all count. Taxes, fees, and gift card purchases don't. Reels redeemed for rewards don't count toward your next tier — only what you spend does.
