01What's the difference between Beacon Pass and Beacon Club?
Beacon Club is our free loyalty program — anyone can join, earn Reels on purchases, and redeem them for rewards. Beacon Pass is our paid monthly membership that includes free tickets, automatic discounts on food and drinks, and accelerated Reels earning. Pass members are automatically enrolled in Beacon Club at the top tier, so you get both programs for one monthly fee.
02Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no commitment, no cancellation fee, and no penalty. Cancel from your account dashboard, the Beacon app, or by calling our member support line. Your benefits continue through the end of your current billing cycle, and your Beacon Club account stays active for free.
03What happens if I don't use my tickets?
Unused tickets roll over for one month. After that, they expire. We do this so the program stays fair for everyone — but if you have a slow month, your tickets are still there waiting for the next one.
04Can I share my membership?
Memberships are personal, but every plan includes ways to bring guests along. Pass+ includes one free guest ticket per month, and Pass Reserve includes two transferable guest passes monthly that you can give to anyone. For larger groups, members get discounts on group bookings.
05Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Anytime, from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and we'll prorate the difference for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you don't lose any benefits you've already paid for.
06Do tickets work at every Beacon location?
Yes. Your membership covers Beacon Theatres in Saratoga Springs, Beacon Reserve in Traverse City, and Beacon Junction in Dublin. All discounts and benefits apply equally across every location.
