The Reservation

The Reservation — Beacon Reserve

A Beacon Reserve Series

The Reservation

Dinner before the credits roll. Drink in your hand when they do.

One ticket, one entrée, one cocktail. A monthly programmed series at Beacon Reserve where every night is built around a single film, with a chef-curated menu and a bar program tuned to match. Make a night of it.

$42 per person · Tuesday and Thursday evenings

What's Included

Three things, one night

The Reservation bundles together what makes a night out feel like an occasion — a film, a meal, and a drink — with each piece chosen specifically to fit the evening's program.

01

The Film

A single curated screening. Premieres, classics, hidden gems, and director's-cut restorations — chosen monthly to anchor each night.

02

The Entrée

A chef-curated dish from the Reserve menu, paired thoughtfully to the film. Vegetarian and dietary options always available.

03

The Cocktail

A signature cocktail from the bar program, matched to the night's tone. Mocktail and beer or wine substitutions available.

How It Works

A reservation, not a routine

Each Reservation night runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings, twice a month. Doors open at 6:00 PM for a full hour of dinner service before the film begins at 7:30 PM. Take your time — your entrée and cocktail land on a rhythm built into the night, not on top of the opening credits.

Your seat is reserved in the same auditorium where you'll dine. No moving rooms. No rushing the check. The kitchen times every course to the film's runtime so dessert and a second drink are still options without missing a moment.

Reserve your spot online or by calling the Reserve directly. Full refunds available up to 48 hours before showtime.

On the Calendar

Upcoming nights

Each evening is curated around a single film with pairings designed by our chef and bar director. Nights are released a month in advance and tend to sell out — book early.

The Grand Budapest HotelThu, May 14

A Wes Anderson Evening

The Grand Budapest Hotel

6:00 PM dinner · 7:30 PM film
1h 39m

A film built like a pastry, served with one. Pink, peach, and powdered everywhere — the night leans deliberately into Anderson's color palette and his obsession with hospitality.

Tonight's Pairing

  • Pan-roasted trout with brown butter and capers — or seasonal vegetable plate
  • The Mendl's — gin, elderflower, lemon, prosecco, edible rose petal
GoodfellasTue, JUN 16

A Scorsese Classic

Goodfellas

6:00 PM dinner · 7:30 PM film
2h 26m

"As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to eat at Beacon Reserve." Italian-American food the way it should be — generous, garlic-forward, and unhurried. The kitchen brings out a cart of antipasti before the lights go down.

Tonight's Pairing

  • Slow-braised Sunday gravy over rigatoni — with house-made sausage and meatballs
  • Citizen Cane — rye whiskey, demerara, aromatic and orange bitters
Lost in TranslationMON, JULY 20

A Sofia Coppola Night

Lost in Translation

6:00 PM dinner · 7:30 PM film
1h 42m

Tokyo at night, viewed from a hotel bar. The kitchen leans into Japanese influence for the evening — clean flavors, careful technique, a meal that gives you space to feel something between courses.

Tonight's Pairing

  • Miso-glazed black cod with bok choy and forbidden rice — or roasted maitake plate
  • The Park Hyatt — Japanese whisky, yuzu, honey, cherry blossom bitters
CasablancaTue, AUG 18

A Black-and-White Classic

Casablanca

6:00 PM dinner · 7:30 PM film
1h 42m

Of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world. A Mediterranean-North African menu, a piano set in the lobby pre-show, and a film that still earns every line eighty years on.

Tonight's Pairing

  • Lamb tagine with apricots, almonds, couscous — or roasted vegetable tagine
  • Casablanca — bourbon, fig preserves, lemon, honey, smoked rosemary

Questions

Good to know

01Can I bring a guest?

Of course. Just book the number of seats you need — The Reservation is a per-person experience, so you can book one, two, or a whole table. Larger parties (6+) get an automatic dedicated server and can request a private section.

02Can I substitute the entrée or cocktail?

Yes. Each night has a featured entrée and cocktail, but full vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are always available. The bar can swap the cocktail for any beer, wine, or mocktail of equivalent value, no questions asked.

03What if I'm running late?

Doors open at 6:00 PM and the kitchen serves entrées until 7:15 PM. If you arrive after that, your ticket and cocktail are held — but the kitchen will have moved on, and we can offer you a smaller plate or dessert during the film. Just let us know when you book if you're worried about timing.

04Are kids welcome?

The Reservation is built for adults — most films are R-rated or thematically mature, and the bar program is integral to the experience. We host occasional all-ages Reservation nights with family-friendly films and mocktail pairings; check the calendar for those dates.

05What's your cancellation policy?

Full refunds available up to 48 hours before showtime, no questions asked. Within 48 hours, we'll happily transfer your reservation to another upcoming Reservation night based on availability. Same-day no-shows can be rebooked once.

06Do Beacon Club Reels apply?

Yes. The Reservation earns Reels at the standard 15× rate on the full ticket price, including the film, dinner, and cocktail. Beacon Pass members can apply included tickets toward the film portion and pay only the dinner-and-cocktail difference.

Reserve your night.

Pick a film. Pick a date. Show up hungry. The Reservation is the easiest yes on the calendar — and the kind of night that turns into a habit.
