What is the minimum group size?
Group rates and dedicated planning support start at ten guests. Smaller groups are absolutely welcome and can still book private screenings, but the bulk discounts and full event packages unlock at ten or more tickets.
Can we show our own content?
Yes. We can screen company videos, presentations, slideshows, or independent films on any of our screens. Our team handles the technical setup including audio testing, format conversion, and a full run-through before your guests arrive.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
We offer custom food and beverage packages, from popcorn and soda combos to full sit-down catering with bar service. Several locations also feature in-seat dining for a true premium experience. Talk to us about your group's preferences and dietary needs.
How far in advance should I book?
Most events are confirmed two to four weeks in advance. For weekend buyouts, holidays, premieres, and groups over one hundred guests, we recommend reaching out at least thirty days ahead to secure your preferred theatre and time.
Can we buy out the entire theatre?
Yes. Single-screen and full-theatre buyouts are both available, and capacity ranges from fifty to four hundred and beyond depending on the location. Multi-screen buyouts are also possible for larger events such as corporate conferences or film festivals.
What is included in the price?
It depends on the package. At minimum: tickets, theatre access, and basic concessions. Custom packages can include catering, full bar service, signage, AV setup, host services, and post-event cleanup. We will build a transparent quote based on what you need.
